Our Story
Mental health remains out of reach for many children and youth with 1 in 4 Kenyans experiencing mental health conditions (WHO) yet fewer than 10% receiving support.
Soulevement ( French for “uplift” or “rising”) was born from a simple question: What would it mean to truly support young people to uplift their mental well-being?
We create safe spaces, nurture peer support, and center youth voices in building solutions that are accessible and community-driven so that no young person is left unheard, or unsupported.

We assess an individual's psychological standing and build a path to healthy development.

To improve young people's physical coordination, emotional management, and flexibility by using sports and games in a fun manner

To build confidence, strengthen knowledge and communication skills, and support personal growth.

To equip youth with essential skills to boost their employability and entrepreneural skills
